I have for sale a Gretsch G2220 Electromatic Junior Jet II in a gloss black finish. This bass has a serial number suggesting a 2018 build date and was purchased new in 2019, but was very lightly played, never gigged, and is still in mint condition, with a recently performed setup. It features two single-coil pickups, volume and tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector switch. It is currently strung with (now discontinued) D'Addario Pro Steel EPS170S (.045-.065-.080-.100) short scale stainless steel strings. Included with the sale are a brand new, unused, Gretsch strap and a brand new, unused, Gretsch Junior Jet Bass gig bag. This is really a very nice short-scale bass, with surprisingly good tonal variety, but I've found that I'm much more comfortable with 16.5mm string spacing. Some specifications: Serial number: CYG18111074 Scale length: 30.0" (762mm) Number of frets: 20 Nut width: 1.56" (39mm) Neck width at the 20th fret: 2.39" (61mm) String spacing at the bridge: 0.75" (19mm) Overall length: 42" Weight: 7.32 lbs My asking price is $200, with the buyer paying shipping. The payment method is negotiable. All questions or requests for additional details or photos are welcome.
