I’m selling my 2015 Ken Smith (produced on 12/14/15). Vintage body style. Bought it with the intention of trying to move to a 5 string bass. Never happened. Has been in the case under the bed for over two years. Has about five hours of playing time. It's as "new" as you're going to find on a previously owned bass.

Not a dent, ding, scratch on it. Like the day I picked it up.

    Reasonable offers considered.

    Features include:

    · Model: BTNV 5 String

    · Body Style: Vintage

    · Body: 3-piece, Figured walnut / Tiger Maple top & back, mahogany core

    · Finish: Smith “secret sauce”, oil

    · Neck: 5-Piece, aged hard rock maple & walnut

    · Fretboard: Macassar Ebony with 30” radius, 24 frets

    · Fret Inlays: Mother-of-pearl dots

    · Nut: Scalloped brass, hand-fit, 1-3/4” width

    · Headstock: Matching Figured Walnut

    · Scale Length: 34"

    · Hardware: Gold

    · Bridge: Smith QSR (quick string release) machined solid brass

    · Strap Locks: Recessed

    · Pickups: Ken Smith

    · Electronics: Series/parallel switches wth NEW Smith BMT 3-band 18-volt EQ circuit, with adjustable DIP frequency switches for bass, mid & treble, with pickup blend & master volume control

    · Pickup & Control Cavities: Fully shielded

    · Truss Rod: Smith custom flex

    · Tuners: Gold Gotoh/Ken Smith

    · Weight 10.2 lbs.

    · Serial #5TNV657915

Never registered. Also included is the original Ken Smith hard shell case, and even includes a Ken Smith Leather strap with strap locks, polishing kit, & warranty registration.

Price $4795 includes shipping to lower 48. No international shipments.

Will accept returns ONLY if the bass isn’t in the condition described.
