I got lucky with this find. This is a vintage 1993 USA Made, Peavey Forum Plus. I am the second owner, I bought it off of the original owner this past September. She bought it brand new in ‘93, used it for a couple of months but after that never played it. I literally took the plastic coating off of the pickguard and 9-volt battery cover. The ONLY thing not original on this guitar is the string tree. It has an upgraded Hipshot 3-string tree installed. This has one very minor cometic imperfection and it is the last picture that I have included. I didn’t even know it was there until recently. Other than that there are no scratches or dents anywhere.

A little about the bass for those not familiar:

They made the Forum for a handful of years in the 90’s, but only made the Forum with the PJ pickup configuration in ‘93 and ‘94. Even fewer of them were the “Plus” model, which in this case indicates active pickups. I see one or two of these pop up every now and then but rarely see it in this green, and NEVER have seen one in like-new condition like this one. The neck is smooth and fast. I do get a buzz at the 1st fret on the G string. This has been recently professionally setup.

    - Solid western poplar body
    - 8” radius bilaminated eastern maple neck
    - rosewood fretboard (particularly dark and beautiful)
    - 21 frets
    - 1.5” nut width
    - Graphlon nut
    - two internally active pickups (PJ config)
    - two volume controls and one master tone
    - upgraded Hipshot string tree (the only thing not original)

**WILL TRADE FOR SQUIER CLASSIC VIBE 60’s PRECISION BASS in FIESTA RED** (possibly other p basses as well)

    Will ship to CONUS.
