Problem with my Ibanez EDA pup

    Hey, I have a 4 string Ibanez EDA900 and I recently resodered one of the connections on the input jack but now I only recieve response from the EA and G strings, the D string provides no response. Any ideas?

    Im assuming this is only with the Piezo and not with the magnetic pickup?

    You've done something to the D string piezo pickup, be it catching a wire or it getting knackered. I think you may have to do more investigating!

    Try unsoldering it, and then doing it again.

    Keep testing the wires with the bass plugged in until you get complete response. That's the only thing I can think of.

    I have an EDA905F, but never fooled around with the insides.
