Problem with Sansamp Programmable BDDI

    Recently got one and sounded great during a couple gigs while being used to patch into PA system, and also through my amp on stage. At home, I can't get it to work, the only difference is I'm not using the XLR out feature to connect to a PA. Hook up is bass to input on the device, then output to effects return on Ampeg B2RE. In this arrangement, it works only in bypass mode.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Have you checked to make sure that volume didn't somehow get turned down then saved that way?

    1. Is the Amp the same?
    2. Did the 1/4" boost out switch get changed?

    are you sure you werent using Phantom power with the XLR o nstage, and that your battery is dead inside (or its not plugged in?)
