Programs to help make tabs?

Discussion in 'Tablature and Notation [BG]' started by -executor-, Feb 5, 2006.

  1. I have the Power Tab program but I was wondering, is there is any kind of free downloadable program that isolates the lower tones so that it is easier to hear what is being played on bass?
  2. I use guitar pro but only the evaluation is free, you have to pay to have full access to all the posibilites
  3. I have heard of that program but I am not sure if it makes it easier to hear the bass and it isn't free.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

GUITAR PRO is the only way to go. It is not free, but anything of value rarely is in the music industry. You can isolate any track you want or set of track and the new RSE (Real Sound Engine) System for GUITAR PRO 5.0 is amazing but you need a lot of PC to utilize it.
