How do you do pushups? I've seen them done two basic ways. The first is when you are all the way down, your elbows are out to the side, kind of in line with your shoulders. The second way is when you are all the way down, your elbows are next to your torso, in line with the bottom of your ribcage. I've attached a couple of stick figure pics to illustrate what I'm talking about. The first one is elbows out, the second is elbows in. So, how do you folks do pushups?
