Behringer BX1200 bass combo w/ custom shopping-cart stand He's only asking $350 From the ad: Behringer BX1200 Ultrabass 120W 1x12 Combo w/ custom shopping cart rolling stand - it's ready to travel. Gtr Center sells these combo-amps used for $120-$150, but how many of those were used at CBGB's AND has a shopping cart stand? A great amp for a beginner, practices, or smaller/lower-volume venue use (Sidewalk Cafe', Muchmores, Otto's, Pete's Candy Store, etc), a guitarist who likes a lot of low-end, or jazz or upright bass, possibly ? Ultimate-Guitar.com called it "a pint-sized beast" Would make a great movie prop / film prop or addition to an eclectic loft. My flatmates just brought ALL of their stuff from storage, so...we have to make space. Provenance: I used this Behringer for a show at CBGBs (Sept. 2nd, 2004), tho' it was a bit underpowered for that. Italian shoegaze band Be Forest used it at a small venue during CMJ Music Marathon 2014, as did Toronto's Beliefs, & locals Painted Zeros - all amazing groups... Features: Ultrabass subharmonic processor provides floor-shaking lows Dynamizer circuit adds chest-thumping punch at any volume 120W of power, Wedge-shaped bass-reflex cab (for tilting up like a wedge-monitor), Custom-made 12" speaker with aluminum cone, 2-channel operation with shape function on channel 2, Active, extremely musical 4-band EQ, Stereo tape I/O, Power amp in, Preamp out, Speaker out, Tuner out, Headphone out, 22kg/48.5 lbs *IF* they don't sell together...I *might* consider seperating them...the cart also makes a decent chair... $350 cash, firm. Pick-up only. I also have a custom-built black wooden dolly made for this amp lying on it's side - negotiable, if interested. Bushwick near Jefferson L-train stop. {} {} {} {} {}
I would pull the trigger! Spoiler As long as the trigger opened a trap door, sending it deep into the pit of hell where no one would ever see it again.
The custom stand will look fabulous if you are playing at a mall (just make sure you avoid playing anywhere near the store that owned the shopping cart)
I assume that the shopping cart was stolen from a grocery store somewhere. Unless that's not the case, this guy is literally trying to sell stolen property. In addition to that, asking $350 for that rancid mess is idiotic.
