This didn't seem to fit under "Amps" or "Recording Setup" -- mods, please move this to the right place if it belongs somewhere else.

I'd like to be able to play my bass through my practice amp along with a CD playback and listen to the whole shebang through headphones. My equipment is a Crate BX-100 amp (which has an XLR out plus an output for "speakers" and a headphone jack -- click on the link for a picture) and an old stereo receiver with a Sony discman cd player. Is this possible to do with what I currently have? Or am I going to have to suck it up and buy new equipment?
