ok, getting ready to order my Duncan Alinco MM p/u and still can't decide on which SD neck p/u to go with it. as the title of the thread says, i can't decide whether to go with the QP or the SD HotStack for the neck. if anyone has either combo(or any of the other duncan J-neck's for that matter) please let me know how they sound together. I've also read that on some Lakland mm/j combos, you get the option of duncans instead of the barts, what neck p/u does Lakland use?
also, i've noticed that with the stock neck p/u in my marcus, i've had to reverse the wiring due to it sounding really weak with it wired normally(and the MM wired with a parallel/single/series switch). how would that affect the wiring of the HotStack in combo with the MMHB?
