QSC customer service

  1. Outstanding!!! I emailed them yesterday to see if they had a PDF file for the manual for a USA 850 power amp (discontinued over 10 years ago, btw). Their tech department emailed me the PDF attachment within 2 hours! When I get ready to replace that amp, I'll definitely be looking at the PLX series amps first. If that's any indicator about their customer service, it is outstanding.:hyper:
