So, Josh Homme got really angry with a kid on the 13th. Here is a link to it. There is some vulgarity, so if thats not cool, someone PM me and I will remove the link. Its a news article BTW. ****EDIT: LINK REMOVED AS PER SUGGESTED BY FELLOW TBER ...its not hard to find****
heh Josh has my support. just because you are at a concert doesn't give you license to throw stuff at people...finally someone introduces consequences into that kid's life
I guess I should say, I would only have done a few things differently. I can see why he can't get off the stage and hit the kid, but he did get him out of the crowd so that the show could go on. Jonathan
ahh, it really does help to be nice to people...you never know what they're goin thru and when they're gonna snap. i could have done without the ****** and rape comments, but oh well...
someone else posted this here a bit ago...I would remove it lest you get infraction points for posting a link to a clip containing profanity, as I once did. Just lookin out. Mon
everybody snaps sometimes. there are better ways to handle it but hey who am I to judge? I like QOTSA
I don't understand ***holes who throw **** at bands, why? So they can say, "WHOA my bottle hit the guy from Queens of the Stoneage!!" Pretty funny, the kid looked like he was about 16, if Josh would have "kicked him the ****ing face" it probably would have been bad news bears.
Sounds like Josh was having a rough couple of days and this finally set him off. Good for him. That kid deserved it.
This happened at the concert i attended last month as well...also Queen's of the Stone age, IT WAS AMAZING. Josh ripped into him. Its on youtube just search Queens of the stone in Newfoundland + shoe incident, also not hard to find.
Epic ownage. I'm guessing josh is tired of people throwing stuff at him, he looks in a pretty bad condition too, he has a fever and all. that just set him off, he snapped, hes human.
"Y'know, when you throw things up on stage, it's a sign of small and insignificant genitalia"- Leslie Edward Claypool, during My Name is Mud, Woodstock '94.
I can understand why he did it.....I mean, he was ill and yet he still performed, only for a complete idiot to ruin it by throwing a bottle.
I like Queens and Josh, good on him. On a different note, it could be worse. Just ask the Mars Volta.
TB auto censors things, I forgot it doesn't censor certain words, I'll edit my post. And if TV has taught me anything, you can say ass, and you can say holes, but if the two are combined, the "bleep" goes over holes.
