Question about MIU deluxe P bass

I was going to purchase this Fender deluxe P bass V (maybe a 019-5300),but I noticed that there is no print of "Made in USA" under the serial number,Whereas I found other deluxe P bass V made in same period(around 2000)has that print.
And......is every SN of deluxe model made around 2000 begin with a "DZ"?This one only begin with a "Z"
Is that fake one?
I was really confused
