Question about Randall RB 100

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by theflying007, Apr 17, 2006.

  1. Hello everybody, I have a question: I bought a Randall RB 100 bas combo. (the one with the 9 band equalizer). Amp is great, but the speaker can´t really handle all the power that comes out. At the back of the amp there are 2 speaker outputs of wich 1 is conected with the internal speaker. Now I would like to connect a second (8 Ohm) speaker to the other output, but I can´t get any information about how many ohms minimal the amp needs, and I don´t want to blow it up. I wrote a mail to Randall, but got no response whatsoever....:meh: So please, could anyone tell me how many ohms minimal are requierd, and, does anybody know how many ohms is the Eminence internal speaker? Thanks a lot for any information you got for me,

    Serge
