Question for IT people...

    When discussing the benefits of coding web sites for W3C standards, do you prefer the use of the word "interoperability" or "portability?" Or are they, for the most part, the same?

    I use neither...and I've never heard any of my site- admin friends use either word, lol. Compatibility is usually the word of choice, at least in my world.

    Compatability works for me too. Too bad I have to hack my code so much to get it to look right in IE even though it is 100% W3C compatible...
