    hey

    1.I need a Guide that learn how to do setup for my guitar (in myself)

    2.
    i have a Warwick RockBass JJ NAT (Speical Edition-i think)
    i talk with my friend and he told my that i need a Long Scale Strings - how i can know if i need long scale or medium?

    The first one can be answered in the massive ALL SET-UP QUESTIONS ANSWERED HERE POST on the top of the set-up forum's page.
    The 2nd, most standard strings are long scale, 34". It will probably say extra long scale or short scale if it's different. Just read the packaging if you're not sure.
