Quick Questionr.e. SWR Triads

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by hstiles, Aug 13, 2002.

  1. If I connect a pair of SWR Triad using the jack output from the first cab into the input of the second, I'd be connecting the cabs in series right? (i.e. 8Ohms total impedance)

If I plugged each cab into an individual speaker output on my bass 350 head, I'd be connecting them in parallel (i.e. 2Ohms)

    ...getting there

Both situations you describe will bring will put your Triads in parallel connection with one another. To do a series connection, you need some special single-wire speaker cables.
