i wonder, when you switch on the sansamp BDDI, what are you enganging? the pre amp? the EQ?

a tec is fixing my SWR grand prix and im going to use them bass driver as a pre amp into the power amp next rehensal, but im not after the mid-scooped curve the sansamp provides when its on, so i wonder if i can use it OFF as a pre amp to match the necesary level for the power amp.

  2. I think you want to leave it "on" (i.e. with the LED lit up), but with the blend knob all of the way off. That way the level, bass and treble controls still work but the "tube emulation" is off.

I think. I've only had mine for about 24 hours and I'm still playing with it (^_^)

  3. i believe you just change the setting to line level out instead of instrument.
