    drink it slooooooooooow :p

but anyways, i voted #3 because i recently decided to shape up (doin about a hundred crunches and push ups a night) and drinkin sodas was my big weakness, so from now on its water for me except at a meal (where i drink tea or a soda).
its not easy gulpin down water all day but hey, if it makes me buff then i guess its worth it :p

I tend to drink a 20oz bottle a day at work because I don't like coffee and I need the caffeine kick every now and then, but I don't have any at home or anything like that. I enjoy drinking it, but it's far too bad for your health to drink all the time.

I mean - what do you mean by Soda?

Sounds like a nasty chemical to me - the sort of thing I would put down the toilet or to clear a blockage in the drains :

    Caustic Soda

I certainly wouldn't want to drink that!! :meh:

I'm the same way, my wife gets mad at me because I can lose weight so fast and she can't. However, I also put on weight real fast too.

But don't you think 'Soda' is a silly name for a drink - it's just a chemical - what is it standing for and what does it define?

Carbonated or sparkling drinks - makes sense or even fizzy drinks is descriptive - Soda is just stupid!

Hmmm....OK what's your definition of "Soda"?

    Presumably its not :

    Baking Soda

Definition: Baking soda, or bicarbonate of soda, is a leavening agent used in baked goods like cookies or quick breads. It is used when the dough or batter contains an acidic ingredient, like buttermilk, lemon, brown sugar, sour cream, or yogurt. The soda, or base, combines with the buttermilk, or acid, to produce carbon dioxide and the baked goods expand, or rise. It is an ingredient in baking powder. Make sure not to confuse the two when baking, or your product will be ruined.

    • (noun)

Examples: Sift the baking soda with the flour and salt and add it to the cake batter.
