R.I.P Michael Kamen.

Discussion in 'Off Topic [BG]' started by merlin, Nov 21, 2003.

  1. Michael Kamen passed away on the 18/11/2003

Michael Kamen lost his battle with Multiple Scelorosis, which to me hits home because my uncle has it and will probably lose his life at the same age of 55 as Kamen.

Thank you, Michael. You shall be remembered.

I have been a tremendous admirer of Kamen's work. May he rest in peace. The music world has lost another great.

Didn't Kamen also work with Pink Floyd way back when? And didn't he work at the Queen's Jubilee last summer?

He was always smiling in every picture I've ever seen of him. He seemed to light up a room. Very sad news.
  5. Yeah. he;s done countless classic film scores too.

Its the geniuses that always die young.
