    I just purchased a 400+.

Can another Boogie owner recommend a good rack that allows good ventilation as well as good protection?

The amps I have used in the past all had fans on the back of the unit so keeping air circulating was easy since the front and back panels of the rack were off during normal operation.

If not a rack maybe a good road case?

Hmm, Well, I dont own a Boogie, I wish I did though

I'd recommend Anvil Cases, Road Ready, or SKB

The Mesa RoadReady shockmount cases are some of the best out there, for both protection and ventilation. Like all road cases, though, they're quite heavy.

if its not the shock mount mesa case, i would only get another shock mount sort of case.

May wanna consider a 4-sp shock rack from Gator cases... works well with my Bass 400+, leaves a good amount of space around the amp for airflow, not outrageously heavy (but not light), and offers very good protection...seems very well made.

Thanks for your help. I will take your advice on the gator case. I found a good deal at B & H.
