    Hi All,

I've had my DB359 for 4 years now, but haven't found a good rack. What are other DB359 owners using?? Thanks!!

    Aloha, Garey

I only have the DB 659 but this case is the nazz, IMO, and is built like a tank for the same money as those SKB plastic things -

This case has been with my Aguilar and QSC over too many miles to count in Ryder trucks. It's an 8-spacer-

Rondo Music is the only place in the USA that sells them, AFAIK. It's made in China, which is kind of a turn-off to me, but it's rock solid.

But, if there's something better at the same price, ($90), I'd certainly look at it.

    Hey garey!

good to see you again in these parts. seems like you've been busy, cause i havent seen you elsewhere, as well. btw, you should give George Alessandro a call, and ask him about his new preamp/DI. ;)

anywho, i'm using an SKB Roll-X 3 rack with my DB359. weighs a ton, but the Roll-X makes it very easy to tote around. for the empty third space, i'll use either a parametric EQ that i ripped from a friend's studio, or a rack tuner. either way, i like having the flexibility the third space gives me.

    Hi Joker!

    Yeah....been super-busy! But all good...enjoying my new Monarch 5.

I looked at the SKB rack you have, and on the web I thought it said it was only 14" deep or something. But now that I know....thanks a bunch!

Rick, that rack is very cool....thanks for the heads up!!

    Aloha, Garey

Hey, I have a Practically Brand New Pro-Tec rackbag that I'd be willing to sell to you if you are interested. I have my Mesa-Mpulse in there right now, but for some odd reason the Mesa's have their rack screws in funny places, so it doesn't quite work that well. The rackbag is in mint condition.
    2 Space Rackbag from Pro-Tec

It sells for $70 brand new from Z Sounds.
I'd sell it to you for $55+Shipping.

sorry Poon, but i'm really doubtful the Protec is deep enough to hold the DB359.

I have mine in standard SKB case (SKB19-4U). As you've probably found out, the 2U isn't deep enough for it. To support the back I used a couple of 1U panels and put thin weather striping on the sides that lean up against the '359. I probably would have bought the same case as Joker had I known it would fit, as I always move it with a luggage cart. This amp may be small, but is sure is heavy! If it didn’t sound so good I would have gotten rid of it long ago.

  11. I have mine in a stock Gator 2 space rack !
I put a few washers behind the rack ears to move the amp forward & it works fine ! $75
