Radial bassbone pre-amp overloading?

    I'm wondering if other people have the same issues of very easily overloading their bassbone causing buzzing/ clipping noises? Is this a common issue with these, or is mine just busted?

    I cant easily find a bassbone to compare mine against, so I'm checking in with this community. Anyone have any ideas?
