Ive always prefered my people fretted.

I bet you its an ugly person to, thats why they didnt include a pic. Its kinda like a blind date that you know is gonna go bad cuz all they talk about is the girls personality and they dont mention her looks at all.

Peace
Nick

I always thought "Human Base" was a pretty silly name for a bass making company.

Lets address this one point at a time...
1. Shades w/zero feedback!
2. NO PICTURE
3. "sale is final"
4. Buy it now for $2000 dollars
5. Shades w/zero feedback!

Why not just send cash in an envelope to a P.O. box at mailboxes etc.? That sounds safer to me.

What's an "aluthier" anyway?

well, "human" might mean something else in german.

reminds me of when chevy made the nova and tried to sell it in mexico. they couldn't understand why the sales were so low :D.

In German, "human"'s an adjective, and means "humane" That's all, I'm afraid. :D

Actually that's a popular myth. The Nova sold well in Mexico. "No vá" means "no go" and wouldn't normally be taken from "Nova" by a Spanish speaker. La nova means the same thing in Spanish as nova does in English.

Sorta like the myth that when Coca Cola started selling in China they chose a Chinese name that means "bite the wax tadpole."

Why not just leave the cash with that guy who hangs around Dunkin Donuts all the time? Much safer IMO.

You're absolutely right! Then I wouldn't have to pay for a stamp on the envelope! Yipee! My new bass will be here any day now!

...three months later...

hey, where's my bass? Why don't he return my emails? You think I got ripped? I'd better leave some bad feedback.:(

Sorry, JT! I was kind of an urban myth geek for a while and it still rears it's ugly head sometimes. :)

Part of my ingrained skepticism I guess.

Previously retailed between $3500-$4000.
What happened to it between previously and now?

that's probably why there's not a picture. We'd then know!
