Yeah I recently posted a thread on here about how I needed a new bass amp. So I got an offer which sounds unbelievable. It's a Traynor Custom Special YBA-3 head (which is 160 watts I believe) and a fender Cab (I think he said it was a 2x12). He only wants $325 after Shipping. I have these questions: 1) How do Traynors sound? 2) Is this a deal to good to be true, or am I just that lucky? and finally Does anyone own a Traynor that I could talk to out there? THanks eveyone!
I had a 50w Traynor, and it had a great sound to my ears, very loud, and very "round." I ran it through all kinds of cabs, they all worked well, from a 4x10" to a 4x12" guitar cab. The Custom Special would be an awesome amp, check here for some more specs: http://www.lynx.bc.ca/~jc/Traynor13.JPG If you don't like it I'll take it!
Hey, I guess I'll buy it then, and if it turns out that I don't like it I'll sell it to you how about that? Correction - its a 2x15 Cab...
