Some of you have emailed to see how dad (XavierG) was doing. He's fine. He's recovered and is on a business/pleasure trip, and having trouble getting online. He'll be back at the end of the month. He sends his regards and this mp3, and reminds you to "CRANK UP THOSE SUBWOOFERS to hear it the way it should be heard!"

I don't use Talkbass often. The computer in my room is too slow and my dad is usually using this one (the fast one with the broadband connection). Oh well, I do have a lot of other things to keep me busy. I do "lurk" once in a while.

He had surgery to remove a marble-sized growth, which he was convinced was cancerous, from somewhere near his spleen. It was benign.
