Re-fret Cost

    Waht does it cost to refret a rorewood board that has been defretted and used as a fretless?

    Have the fret slots been filled? You're looking at more money than a re-fret if the fret slots have to be recut.

    The frets have been filled with a different colour wood.

    I doubt the veneers can be pulled, so whoever does it will have to re-cut the fret slots. It's a job that could add a couple or a few hours of labor to the total.
