Really need help for getting stuff this holiday season!

Hello fellow TB'ers. I have quite a dilemma here. With both Christmas and my 18th birthday coming up here, I do not know what to get for either of these! I have currently been thinking about three things to get, but I'm not sure which one yet. I was thinking an EBMM, some sort of recording hardware, or a new cab and head. Any thoughts or opinions?

I've heard that EBMM are really good, and I love the sound that they produce (especially how Flea sounds on some of his records).

As far as cabs/head go, I own a Fender Bassman 100. Not bad, but sometimes I get a lot of that "buzz" or feedback when playing in my basement (I've heard that Fluorescent light bulbs can cause this, right?). Like I said earlier, I love the sound of Flea, and I'm considering some GK's. I really don't know a whole lot about what makes cabs/head good, so give me all you can!

As far as recording hardware...yeah, HELP! I would really like to start recording some songs I play. I don't know anything about these really, so I need all the help you can give!
