I started my download a while ago, and it failed. I checked back on the site and they've posted a message warning of massive amounts of people getting the program, beware of slow speeds and failures, etc. Just a heads-up, I'll try again later.

    You need to register.
Then there's a Download link on the left of the start page.
Then Click the "Rebirth CD-ROM Image", etc.

But it's really busy and I can't get Getright to process the link, hence no resume.

UPDATE: There's a Bittorrent link now:

    Go to the site,

then go to downloads at the top (middle)

and then on the left its the rebirth cd rom image.

then register and download. still havent managed to do it, as its really slow.

I wanna get this, but I'm just gonna wait a week or two for it to die down (along with everyone else waiting a week or two for it to die down... thus I think I'll wait a month!)

Don't have any real pressing need for it, but hey, what the heck. ;)

The Bittorrent stream is picking up a little speed now, I advise to use that, the more people the faster.

  10. And not one to try over dial-up!!!! >500Mb... :eyebrow: :D

  11. Also, Rubberduck has been discontinued and is for free, also.

Can't wait for someone to mirror Rebirth. It's just SO slow...

  12. I'm using bit toorent right now and it's downloading pretty fast.

    Firsthand experience:
I couldn't decompress the .iso with Winrar or mount it with Daemon-Tools, BUT I got it burned with Nero without problems, and the CDR works fine.
It would have been nice to be able to use just the ISO on the harddisk, but then you can always make a new one off the burned CDR, e.g. with Nero or CloneCD.

  14. I downloaded this file and couldn't get CD Creator to recognise it as a valid ISO file, however I then went back to Rebirth Museum and downloaded their torrent, which worked fine.

Bang goes a fair proportion of my 2Gb limit for this month!! ;)

What does rebirth do is it a recording program?

  18. !!!

    Get it now! :hyper:

  19. No it's an emulator of the classic Roland TB-303, TR-808 and TR-909. If you're not into those sounds you probably won't like it!

  20. So you need a midi keyboard?
