recent metal albums with good bass playing?

    Hi,

    have there been any recent metal CDs with good bass playing? (no death, black, or nu-metal...I'm totally burned out on that stuff)

    CKY.. I don't know what genre to put them under, but they've got some good grooves.

    Been revisting prog metal, some bands within the past 5 years having interesting/challenging lines - Spiral Architect, Pagans mind, SymphonyX, Angra....that cynic album still rocks even if its like 12 yrs old :p

    The bass work won't blow your mind, but the new Arch Enemy album "Operation Doomsday" is pretty good.
