I'm looking to squeeze a tiny fuzz pedal onto my PT nano. The plan is Boss TU-3 > (insert fuzz here)>AMT bass wah>B7K

I've been looking at the Mooer fog bass fuzz and the Z-Vex fuzzolo. Any other suggestions? Thoughts?

  3. I use an sfx Micro fuzz. Nice compromise between punchy and creamy.

I'd go for a Pharaoh ! So versatile and sounds just great on bass.
Yes it´s big (1590BB, 4 knobs,2 Switches) but there's place in it, so it could be possible to squeeze it into a 1590B, I think. Maybe you could drop a line to Mark.

I still need to get one of those, along with a B3. I was hesitating, but I think I am putting the B3 back on my list for 2015 :)

Oh, and the Southampton Impostor looks like a very interesting small fuzz for sure.

I'm hoping to get the imposter fuzz as well soon. Also check out Vick audio, he makes a lot of your classic fuzz clones in MXR sized boxes and they're not expensive and very good quality and sound.

    Good stuff guys!

  11. The sfx looks so sweet. I love my micro boost and thumpinator and have no doubt Max's fuzz would do the trick. The micro fuzz is very near the top of my GAS list.

    Others I didn't see mentioned:
EWS makes the Little Brute Drive: http://ews-us.com/item_LBD.php?item=custom

Xotic has their tiny OD pedal: http://main.xotic.us/effects/sl-drive/

These look cool (and they make both Silicon and Germanium versions), but I'd be more inclined to get the sfx: http://svisound.com/index.php?optio...=50:silicone-fuzz&catid=10&Itemid=141&lang=en

Ok I have made my purchase....
    A polytune mini.

My go to fuzz has been my Wren and Cuff Pickle Pie B, it has beaten out dozens of other fuzz boxes and I figured I'd be safer shrinking my tuner rather than embarking on a brand new quest for fuzz. Still waiting on the Amt Bass Wah, I love my EBS Wah One with my PPB so we'll see how the Amt holds up.

  13. Nice! That's probably the best way to go.

I just managed to snag one of these pretty cheap on ebay: http://mythfx.com/minotaur.htm

If you're interested, I can post my thoughts when it arrives.

  14. what a tease.........

in all seriousness, glad you found what you were really after.....even if you had it all along!

That would be cool. There were not a lot of bass demos for theses tiny pedals out there. Let alone demos with similar basses, rigs and playing styles like mine. I should prob start posting clips myself. Instead of just being a "taker".

  16. Glad you found your fuzz (or had it all along). Just wanted to add the Pedal Projects Lilti for posterity. Cheers!!
