Anyone using recording and/or composing software like Cakewalk on a UNIX or LINUX platform? I know Cakewalk is not available for LINUX but I have heard rumblings of others. Any experiences out there?

  3. Another you may want to look into is http://ardour.sourceforge.net/ .

Things are better in the UNIX/Linux sound arena than they used to be. Not perfect yet, but getting better.

Wow, that doesn't look too bad!
