Recording internet live streams

  1. Well, not sure where this is supposed to go.

Anyone here have a clue how you go about recording live streams off the internet? I'm talking about the feed from a radio station here in Iceland. They broadcast on the internet as well as on the radio and in twelve days they're broadcasting a concert Nick Cave did here in Iceland. I'd like to have it on something else than a cassette I can't listen to anywhere.

The link to the station feed is here, it plays in Windows Media Player.

Do a google search for "asf recorder". Doesn't work with all sources though.

For realplayer media search for "streambox vcr".

    hope that helps.
  3. No dice on the ASF recorder, it just said 404 - File not found when I pasted the link in.

By the way, if anyone is interested in tuning in, the broadcast will be on the 18th of April at 16:03 GMT. As I said earlier this is a Nick Cave solo show from Iceland.
