    It's called Music Time, and it's for Composing, Recording and printing music on your MacIntosh computer. It's by Passport.

    You can record your live performance and immediatley display it in standard musical notation, which sounds kind of cool.

    I got it from somebody who bought gear from me, but neglected to pay for it according to terms(D'oh!). It's brand new in the box, still shrinkwrapped.

    I really have no use for it, being a PC kind of guy. I'm not that smart at computers anywho.
