Red Devils or Peacock Blue on a Jag

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Orpheus55, Sep 20, 2008.

  1. I'm torn. I have a black jag (very light mint pickguard--looks white most places) and am debating between DR Red Devils or the Peacock Blue strings. Or, maybe even the Hot Pink! Opinions from the tasteful multitude?;)

Hot pink. I had them on my black jazz for a while and they looked and played great.

I use blackies on a black/black/maple P bass . . . a co-worker has a MIM sunburst Jazz with a red tort pickguard, and he has reds on his - looks hot!

My next set will be the hot pinks . . . for P bass above . . .

    Your choice . . . . . .

Black beauties, I have the guitar version on my guitar, which is black flamed maple, they look great. Red devils may look pretty good on it though.
