    What does everyone think about the chili peppers new album and it's art work?

    I think the latest cd is awesome. Jeff Klinghoffer more than holds his own. I actually like his background vox better than Frusciantes. They have sort of a Lyndsey Buckingham like feminine quality.
    The only negative I have to say about the album is it sounds like too many of the songs were written around the bassline (and I'm a bass player) instead of guitar licks/riffs.
    The artwork? Didnt pay much attention to it..Its a fly I believe.

    Yeah I definitely love josh's voice and his guitar lines are subtle compared to frusciante's, but nonetheless it's a great album besides Even You Brutus (not my cup if tea).
