    Price:
    $17500
    Strings:
    4
    Location:
    New York
L1004034 (top). L1004035 (back 1). L1004042 (back 2). L1004044 (side 1). L1004026 (side 2). L1004025 (neck:scroll). This fine instrument was made in 2006 by Giuseppe Capodivento in Lecce, Italy. It possesses a full and singing arco tone that Italian basses are known for. It also has a great pizz sound. I've used this instrument in some of the finest orchestras in New York City, as well as on jazz and Latin gigs. (I could send tracks from CD's where I've played this bass). The price is negotiable.

    The dimensions:

    ⁃ string length- 42"
    ⁃ body length- 46.5"
    ⁃ upper bouts- 19 and 3/4"
    ⁃ lower bouts- 26.5"
    ⁃ middle bout 15.5”
    ⁃ rib depth (bottom) 8.5”
    ⁃ rib depth (top) 8”

It also comes with a fitted Mooradian cover.

Hello. The bass has a D neck. I've found it to be one of the most comfortable set ups I've ever played. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks

Just wanted to chime in and say this is a fantastic instrument and well worth checking out if you're in the market. In addition, Gregg's a stand up guy.

  6. Looks like a beautiful instrument...
