"Pudge" Osbourne -
....AND Mark Volman of 60's-70's band, The Turtles ???
Anything Can Happen...Anything Can Happen
Scary, ain't it NewBass?!?!
Yes it is...yes it is...
That sums it up right there..
Grahm Chapman and Michael Palin from Monty Python?
*laughter* Poor Jack
the question should really be, who's been sleeping with mrs. osborne?
sounds like a sappy r&b tune.
on another note, did you know that mark was a touring vet of frank zappa's band? back in the day, that is.
which day John ? MOI or post MOI ?
holy crap, was I in the Turtles?!?!?!
i dont know if seeing your p.s. stuff makes me feel impetent or makes me want to go learn more lol
i'm not sure - he's on a couple of the you can't do that on stage anymore volumes, but i'm not certain which bands. my copies were stolen, and i dont' remember
I think that's what inspired the madness of Volman and Howard Kaylan to form "Phlorescent Leech & Eddie" (later became "Flo & Eddie").
I saw them as a third bill once long ago, (besides starring in Zappa's film "200 Motels"). It was as if they were making fun of rock bands. They strummed incredibly loud guitar chords and ran around the stage like they were convulsing.
... fun album. I used to have it on vinyl.
Volman and Kaylan are on:
Chunga's Revenge, Just Another Band From L.A., Weasels Ripped My Flesh, Burnt Weanie Sandwich, and maybe one more that I can't think of right now.
For some reason, he kinda reminded me of a andre the giant wanna be!
