I recall removing the grill from my 810 classic - I just put a flathead screwdriver between the grill and cabinet and gently wedged one side out. You can pull the rest off by hand. If I remember correctly, the grill is held in place by velcro.
Best way I found to do it is loosen all the screws on the logo a bit and use it to pull the rest of the grille off (I used a putty knife for leverage). It should be attached with velcro. Was a PITA before I figured out the trick.
