    Hi all -

I just picked-up a Steinberger L-2. (Not an XL-2, but the earlier model.) It needs some work. (Mostly a refret.) Can anyone recommend a luthier in Southern New England (USA) or New York that can work on these basses? I here that refretting these is very hard because the phenolic boards tend to chip very easily. I am from Rhode Island, so someone nearby would be especially helpful.

I also need a claw for my XL-2. Where can I find that?
