Replace Neck on Bass Company Bass

    Will it fit? That's a big quesiton.

    Leave the old neck.

    You're right Whafrodamus. I would have to make sure the neck fit before I got it. I really only linked the ebay one, because that is the look I would be going for. I wasn't at all sure that I would get that specific one. So far, though, it's sounding like I shouldn't bother :)

    Why did you just order a bass, w/ the intention of changing the neck, right out of the box? Cant you just order what you want?

    But, for what its worth,, from what i understand, pau ferrro sounds very similar to maple...

    No, they keep their costs down by making mass quantities. It's really not that big of a deal anyway. I just thought I would get other people's opinions. I'm perfectly happy leaving it with the original neck.

    Ah...

    If you ask me, I like the look of the pau ferro FB against a natural body.
