replacement bridge p-up for squier p bass special?

has anyone replced the bridge p-up in a squier p bass special? it's a jazz but it is not a standard bridge size-i think the screwhole to screwhole distance is 1.51". just wondering if anyone has had any luck replacing one. i want to get something humbucking for it if i keep it. i just need it as a cheapie for backup and flying etc... i attached a photo for reference.
