I've been gigging for years with a EA VL-208/VL-110 stack and an Eden WT800. The rig surprises many people in how loud and punchy it is. We play a wide range from classic rock (that term varies according to who defines it) up to today's music and it's held up really well for small/medium venues, even with the low B on a five string. For outdoors we have our own 2000 watt PA or a house setup is provided by the venue so all I need it for is stage volume in that situation. Sometimes I'll drive the VL-208 with the WT800 bridged and the VL-110 with a WT500 bridged and it gets REAL loud (people have mentioned the tables vibrating in small clubs).

Are there any good cabs out now that have a similar sound? I've been out of touch with what's new these days. I've looked around the forums and really haven't found any specific topic discussing this. Most of the VL-208 stuff seems to be with double bass.

    Thanks for any info!
