For any of you that don't know these basses are absolutely incredible. I must have played 15-20 of these when I toured through Japan. If I had the luggage allowance I would have bought a few. Consistently great build quality far better than all the fenders I've owned including custom shops. Great price who ever gets this will be very happy. What's the weight btw?

I don't have a scale but will see if I can get an exact weight in next few days..
I would say 7 plus.. Not quite 8.. My 75 Fender Jazz is 81 /2 lbs. and this feels comfortably lighter.. This would be compared to the new expert series which runs around $1400 to $1700.. This is a great price!
Don't sleep on this one fellas..

Also thanks for the props! My number one is an early 80's reissue of the 75 Jazz built by Fujigen.. Outstanding! Far above anything I've played. And I've been fortunate enough to play a lot of Basses..
When the Fender factory in US Burned down Fujigrn had license to build specific for Japan and had something to prove and did.. My first tript obJsosnnin the 80's opened my eyed tithe respect and craftsmanship of Japanese luthiers and builders..
I grabbed mine and it's still my number one.. I'm happy and fortunate to have a few!

I really don't understand why American Bassists particularly sleep on the Japanese built Basses out there?
I have and still own a few as well as a few Custom Baseses by a Korean Company that's coming on strong right now..
My American Fenders were hand picked and my Japanese Fenders were found jewels.. I have some of the Fujigen bulit Fenders from the eighties that were sold in Japan during the tIme the Fender plant in America burned down.. They had something to prove when they bulit those Basses and Fender USA KNOWS THIS..
I LOVE AMERICA.. But don't sleep fellas, when something is great give its credit due..
Love My American Fenders and my Japanese Fenders...

    Just sayin...
