Repro Fender Ashtray Covers w/ Foam Mutes?

Are there any aftermarket Fender ashtray covers w/ foam mutes installed available? I put foam under my pre-CBS 60P and 64J all the time but would love to have an "original" style ashtray with foams glued in there. I love the look and the sound of them and it's also cool to get the original design.

You really can just DIY. FMIC retails the covers for like $20. Cut out a hunk of foam, glue it to the inside of the cover, and bob's your uncle.

That's exactly how Fender did it; I bought a '78 Jazz once, and the underside of the cover had the footprint of the rotted foam still clinging to it. It's not clear what glue they used, but whatever it was hadn't held up. Tension probably holds it in place just fine, anyway.

ETA: Not my bass nor my photo, but it looked just like that.
