resizing pics

    I wanted to post a pic of my new bass but it's too big. How do you re re size a photo?

    I use "gimp" - it's free. Mac's iPhoto will do it. If you need help, let me know - we can do a remote-desktop session and I can show you.

    you'll a program like photoshop or fireworks to resize it and maybe
    even lower the resolution.

    If you use a website like www.photobucket.com, it will automatically size your pictures for you when you upload them. Saves you the effort. :cool:

    No reason to go through the hassle of having to download programs.

    Other websites like imageshack and Flickr can do the same thing for you.

    Photobucket, as mentioned. Free, and makes for the ultimate lazy experience.
