Retrofit Pickups for Fender 5 strings

    Does anyone know of any direct retrofit pickups that can replace the stock pickups in a MIM Fender Jazz Standard 5 string. I would have liked to purchase the Sadowsky or Dimarzio 5string pups but found that neither of them would fit. Does anyone have a clue??
