REV Sound RS 810 The Beast is here!

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by davidjbass, Jan 23, 2014.

  1. This cab is awesome! Huge sounding. And tonally in your face. At 92 lbs for 810 it's a pleasure to haul. A regular ceramic speaker 810 is at least 140 lbs. My 610 was 115 lbs.

This cab stood its ground with my Spector NS 5 which usually makes cabs groan. It handled the B string with tightness and clarity. Full spectrum of sound from it. Slap style hold onto your hat! Finger style you can feel the air behind you push you. Dave Luke told me when he gave me this can he believed it was the best one he had made. He got that right.

Now I can compete with my loud **s drummer and lead guitar player and not break my back or have to haul 2 cabs.

    Great job REV Sound!

Never heard of them, but it looks like they build some nice stuff!
