I bought a 2000 Model-T in excellent shape as a backup, but I understand the new models have a master volume and pickup pan instead of two volumes which is what I prefer. Has anyone rewired this or a similar bass, or is anyone aware of an upgrade or kit? Although I own a Warwick and Ibanez, this thing is fun, plays well, and looks good. Any advoce would be appreciated. Thanks

  2. Hi.

I'm thinking of getting that bass for my back up, the one for sale is a 1999, excellent mint condition, how much did you get yours?

I will probably change the pups to Quarterpounder or SD Antiquities.

    Thanks

  3. I'm not sure but you might need to get a different kind of potentiometer to function as a blend.

    (bump!)

Hi Modulus...My Schecter appears to be a 2000. I bought it on e-bay for 355 + shipping. (It's the Diamond Series, mind you you, not the $1800 American made version, but still quite nice.) I may sell it if the mods I discussed are too difficult or spendy. Problem is, I change my mind about every hour---that's the nice thing about owning more than one instrument.
    Thanks

  5. Hi Rick

The one I saw is 1999, for $345, it's very clean, it looks brand new, it looks like it never been played.

Check it out, does it look like yours, it's also the diamond series, I need it for my punk band gigs.

    Thanks

Modulus Bassist... my bass looks exactly like the pictures EXCEPT the color. Mine is grey/white. It looks like a good deal for that price if the pictures are representative. Mine is a real beefy (and heavy) guitar.

  7. Yeah Elderly instruments are very trustworthy, they got awesom guitars collection too.

I might buy it if the bass is still there, with my pay check.

even roma spend a lot of money!! right now i 'm really happy that the team leader here in italy is CHIEVO. a small team, think that all guys who play in chievo cost less than Francesco Totti... this makes me think! i hope that this team could go on! my favorite team is now in second division and it's COMO, we are going well this year and maybe we will in the first division next year. most representative player is Luis Barroso Da Silva Oliveira, also known as LuLù!
