  1. In the chorus, flea plays this...

    G:------------------------9-9-----9-9--------------------
    D:----11-11-----11-11---------------------9-9-----9-9----
    A:--------------------7-7-----7-7------------------------
    E:9-9-------9-9-----------------------7-7-----7-7--------

    ----11-11-----11-11-
    --------------------
    9-9-------9-9-------
    --------------------

he does it very fast, and I can't do it! I can't see how you can skip strings like that and still stay the same speed!

All i can manage to do is this...

    G:------------------------9-9-----9-9--------------------
    D:----11-11-----11-11---------------------9-9-----9-9----
    A:--------------------7-------7--------------------------
    E:9---------9-------------------------7-------7----------

    ----11-11-----11-11-
    --------------------
    9---------9---------
    --------------------

is he still using two fingers on this part? is there anyway I can speed my right hand up?

  2. Hmm, that looks pretty uneven and such...Hope you get the idea anyway. Anyone that has heard the song will know what I mean, I think.

Wrong place, but the answer you'll get anywhere is practice practice practice. You can do it with only two fingers. Keep your right hand close to the strings and make sure to mute the string in between with one of your left hand fingers.
